Service Description

Happy Hour is at River Ceramics! Create a fun and simple hand building project while enjoying your favorite happy hour drink a discounted weekday rate workshop. Our Hand Building Happy Hours run select Wednesdays. Workshops will take between 1-2 hours to complete. *Two times the fun! Sign up with a friend to save $10 on your registration. Use coupon code HAPPYPOTS. Both participants must sign up within the same booking/transaction.* Participants will receive guided instruction to make a custom ceramic piece - projects differ by week. Please see our schedule for projects below - 1/8 - Slab dessert plates 1/15 - Textured pinch pot mugs 1/22 - Small Trinket dish 1/29 - Snowman pinch pot mugs 2/5 - Ace of Hearts trinket trays The cost of a workshop includes all materials, firing, and choice of a single color glaze for your work. Guests can expect to receive a pickup notification 4 weeks post workshop. To add a more personalized touch, guests may return to glaze on their own by scheduling a glazing appointment for $10. An email with a link to book glazing will be sent once pieces come out of the kiln. Be sure to dress for the mess! Pants/shorts, flat shoes, and short sleeves are suggested. Please bring a towel to wipe hands and other accessories/apparel. Food is not permitted in River Ceramics Studio. We encourage you to bring your favorite beverage of choice - plastic cups available if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Please review our rescheduling/cancellation policies before booking. We have these policies in place to provide proper support to the employee(s) and artist(s) booked specifically for your event along with the fact that another customer may have wished to book this event if the space/time was available. We are a small business aiming to provide the best service possible to our guests, patrons, and studio members. For a more in-depth explanation of our Cancellation Policy, please visit our FAQs on our About page. Thank you for your understanding! To receive a full refund or the option for free rescheduling, the studio must be notified at least 5 days prior to the event date. Any time period less than 5 days but more than 2 days prior to the event will result in a rescheduling/cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your workshop or event. Any refund offered may be subject to a 4% processing fee. We do not allow rescheduling within 48 hours of the class and no refunds will be offered for cancellations.
